The Accra Circuit Court has convicted Ghanaian fetish priestess turned Evangelist Patricia Oduro Asiedua alias Nana Agradaa to a fine of GHS 36,000 for running her television station without a license.
She was also found guilty for her deceptive and quackery methods of money doubling and rituals, which she broadcast on her television.
Nana Agradaa was found guilty on her plea at the Accra Circuit Court, which was presided over by Emmanuel Essandoh.
For operating an unlicensed television channel, she will serve three years with hard labor as a default sentence.
She was also fined GHS 10,000 for broadcasting charlatanic materials on national television. In the event that she does not pay the fine, she will be imprisoned for a year.
Her sentences will run consecutively, according to the Court.
